BNI Awarded the Performance Excellence Award (PEXA) 2024 to Outstanding BNI Hi-Movers

(9/6/2024) - JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is committed to making all BNI Hi-Movers people who always perform superiorly. One of BNI's efforts in realizing this commitment is by holding the BNI Performance Excellence Award (PEXA) 2024.

PEXA 2024 is intended to provide awards to BNI Hi-Movers who have knowledge, broad insight, and high credibility, so that they can provide maximum contribution to achieving BNI's Vision of becoming the leading financial institution in sustainable service and performance.

There are 3 categories up for grabs in PEXA 2024. The first is the Individual Performance Excellence Award. This category consists of Branch Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Service Manager, Sub-Branch Manager, Customer Service, Teller, and Security Guard.

The second category is Performance Excellence Award Sales. This category consists of Sales Funding, Sales Lending, and Agen46 Sales. And the third category is Performance Excellence Customer Experience Center. This category consists of Call Officer, Digital Officer, and Excellent Leader.

The PEXA Award 2024 were presented directly by BNI Deputy President Director Putrama Wahju Setyawan, BNI Human Capital and Compliance Director Mucharom, and BNI Network & Services Director Ronny Venir to the winners at the BNI Menara Pejompongan Ballroom, Jakarta, Saturday (8/6/2024).

"This is a prestigious award given to the winners for their success in giving the best performance and consistency in implementing AKHLAK as the company's core value. Hopefully this award will serve as motivation for the awardees to consistently outperform and contribute better to BNI," said Ronny Venir.

According to Ronny, the 2024 PEXA Award is a form of management commitment to inspire all BNI Hi-Movers to consistently outperform (performance driven culture).

"Apart from that, this award is also an effort to strengthen collaboration and synergy in service, business, operational and risk management aspects in realizing a sustainable business," said Ronny Venir.

The PEXA 2024 assessment was carried out comprehensively and objectively through several selection stages including Digital Assessment, Interactive Presentation, Personality Assessment, and Roleplay (Front Liner only).

In addition to the PEXA Award 2024 event, BNI also held an Art Creativity Competition (ACC) which was attended by the 6 best participants from 17 regional participants who had been selected online.

By receiving PEXA 2024, BNI anticipates that the collaboration and synergy of BNI Hi-Movers in all lines of Regional/Branch organizational units will grow and strengthen, resulting in a favorable correlation with the increase of the company's business.

Ronny also underlined to BNI Hi-Movers the importance of always being enthusiastic about their work, improving performance and efficiency, recognizing the market to capitalize on business potential, understanding and being sensitive to risk aspects, and maintaining integrity.

"Implement or apply quality services at every customer touch point. And be a role model in every work activity," concluded Ronny.
