(4/7/2024) - JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI once again won a prestigious award for services to customers, both conventionally and digitally. At the Infobank 21st Banking Service Excellence Awards (BSEA) 2024, BNI managed to bring home 13 awards in various categories.
The 13 awards are Titanium Trophy - 15 Consecutive Years in Service Excellence, Platinum Trophy - 10 Consecutive Years in E-Banking, Golden Trophy - 5 Consecutive Years in Digital Channel, and The 3rd Best Conventional Bank in Service Excellence.
BNI also won The Best Overall - Contact Center, The Best Overall - E-Banking, The 2nd Best Overall - Digital Channel, The Best - Branch ATM, The Best - Phone Banking, The Best - Call Center, The 2nd Best - Social Media, The 2nd Best - Mobile Banking, and The 2nd Best - SMS Banking.
The awards were given by Infobank Magazine and Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI) to BNI for its success in providing the best service to customers. The awards were presented directly by MRI President Director Harry Puspito to BNI Technology and Operations Director Toto Prasetio at Kempinski Hotel Indonesia, Jakarta, Tuesday (2/7/2024).
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo expressed his highest appreciation to Infobank Magazine for giving BNI the trust to receive these prestigious awards

Okki believes that the granting of these awards has gone through various processes in determining who is the best by measuring the quality of bank services in the eyes of its customers, both customers visiting branch offices face-to-face, as well as customers using digital banking services.
BNI is considered successful in improving services, one of which is through digital technology innovation coupled with an increase in security systems while still focusing on improving positive customer experience.
Okki added, the awards are expected to be the spirit of the company to continue to be innovating and making BNI the leading bank in service to customers. “This appreciation will encourage us to continue to jump higher,” Okki concluded.
