BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo explained, the BNI collateral asset auction is a strategic opportunity for the community and investors to obtain property at affordable prices and high resale value.
"The community can take advantage of this collateral auction because the price offered is quite competitive, it can even reach a very economical price," Okki said in his official statement.
During the First semester of 2025, BNI had successfully auctioned as many as 1,728 collateral assets with a variety of value ranges, ranging from IDR50 million to hundreds of billions of rupiah. Interestingly, the public can also take advantage of financing facilities such as housing loans (KPR) from BNI to purchase these assets, so that the property ownership process becomes easier.

"The community only needs to prepare a few important things, such as checking the legality of assets, visiting the location if possible, understanding the terms and conditions of auction, and preparing sufficient funds," Okki added.
