PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI supports the Jatinangor Music Fest held by the Padjadjaran University Alumni Association (IKA Unpad) as part of the Homecoming Festival series in celebration of the 69th Anniversary of Padjadjaran University.
This support is part of BNI's efforts to strengthen its role as Unpad's banking partner while providing financial services that are closely integrated with the activities of students, the academic community, and alumni.
The Jatinangor Music Fest will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Lapangan Merah, Unpad, Jatinangor, Sumedang, West Java. The event will feature Bernadya, Maliq & D’Essentials, and Dewa 19, and will serve as a gathering place for students, alumni, and the community through music and various activities on campus.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that BNI's support for the Jatinangor Music Fest is part of the company's efforts to connect more closely with the younger generation while expanding collaboration with educational institutions and alumni communities.
“BNI views the campus environment as a key setting for building long-term relationships with students, faculty, and alumni. Through the Jatinangor Music Fest, we aim to provide digital banking services that support their daily transactions and activities,” Okki said in a written statement.
During the festival, BNI set up a BNI Booth and the BNI Music Lounge as spaces for interacting with visitors. At these booths, visitors could open a wondr by BNI account, apply for a BNI credit card, and take advantage of various digital transaction promotions.
Visitors have the opportunity to earn rewards of up to IDR 100,000 for opening a wondr by BNI account, cashback of up to IDR 500,000 for applying for a BNI Credit Card via wondr by BNI, and an instant discount of IDR 5,000 on transactions made using wondr by BNI QRIS, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
BNI also provides payment infrastructure for all tenants through BNI's QRIS and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminals. This support is expected to facilitate smooth cashless transactions during the festival while expanding the use of digital payment services on campus.
Okki added that BNI’s support is not only directed at visitors, but also at business owners and tenants participating in the event.
“BNI aims to be not only a transaction partner, but also an integral part of the younger generation’s activities. Through digital service and payment support, we hope to provide convenience for visitors while helping tenants conduct their business activities during the festival," said Okki.
As a banking partner of Universitas Padjadjaran, BNI continues to foster collaboration with Unpad and IKA Unpad through various activities that support the needs of students, alumni, and the campus community.
