Lampung, March 8, 2019 – A joint recruitment drive by state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that was organized by Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) gave students attending the 2019 Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Fest the opportunity to apply for jobs in SOEs, including BNI. The recruitment program was one of the events held to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the founding of the State-Owned Enterprises Ministry.
The recruitment that was part of the 2019 BUMN Fest took place in Lampung on March 8. The event was attended by SOE Minister Rini M. Soemarno and members of the boards of directors of SOEs.
There were three recruitment programs held. The first was regular/general recruitment. The second was recruitment for the disabled. The third was for recruitment for the eastern Indonesia region. Locations for deployment are to be adjusted with the needs of SOEs applied to.
The benefit for the participants was that they could submit applications to different SOEs at the same time, according to the registration regulations. It was meant to open as many opportunities as possible for the applicants to have careers in SOEs.
One hundred and ten SOEs with 11,000 vacancies participated in the recruitment program. Applicants were to make accounts on rekrutmenbersama.fhcibumn.com, fill in their personal data and choose the program they wanted to take part in.
Recruitment was divided into an initial selection (administration and assessment on score management selection) phase, a basic skill selection (selection of the chosen SOEs, as well as online tests on numerical, verbal and spatial aptitude) phase and a selection at/by each SOE phase.
