BNI Continues to Serve Customers After Malang Earthquake

Jakarta, 10 April 2021 -- The earthquake rocked Malang Regency, East Java on Saturday afternoon. Despite the effects of the earthquake, currently PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) banking services are still available to serve customers.

The Corporate Secretary of BNI, Mucharom said that, the electronic channel of BNI such as ATM machines, EDC, BNI Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, as well as SMS Banking in Malang continue to operate normally after the earthquake. Customers can also make banking transactions at agen46 that are still operating after the earthquake.

"Two of BNI Branch Offices in Malang suffered minor damage and efforts are being made to repair. None of our staff was injured in this disaster. The BNI branch office in Malang can still provide optimal service," Mucharom said.  
Mucharom added, if assistance is needed with banking services, customers can contact BNI Call at 1500046 which is available 24 hours a day.

"As a form of concern for earthquake victims in Malang, BNI immediately distributed post-earthquake aid". said Mucharom.
