BNI and Ringkas Collaborate to Make It Easier for People to Buy House

25/11/2023. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is collaborating with Ciputra's subsidiary Ringkas to help people access affordable housing.

In this partnership, BNI and Ringkas will collaborate in the BNI Griya program to provide flexible and competitive mortgage solutions to Ringkas customers.

Moreover, BNI Griya offers a wide range of KPR programs to meet the diverse demands of its customers, ranging from BNI Griya KPR, BNI Griya Multipurpose KPR, and BNI Griya Subsidy. In addition, BNI offers a special KPR program for TNI/Polri, civil servants, and business people.

BNI Network & Service Director Ronny Venir said that this strategic partnership combines strategy and innovation to create a new market niche in the housing industry.

Moreover, Ringkas has an innovative approach to digital housing financing, thus increasing accessibility to the BNI Griya program.

"This partnership marks a bright future for house buyers, and we are excited to bring a new era of house ownership to Indonesia through this collaboration. Together, we are committed to making the dream of house ownership a reality for more Indonesians," said Ronny.

Ronny predicts that home demand will continue to expand strongly in the future. Furthermore, the young generation's need for housing continues to rise.

The government has also provided support in the form of government-borne value-added tax incentives (PPN DTP) to increase people's enthusiasm for buying houses, where 100% of the VAT on the purchase of houses priced below IDR 2 billion is borne by the government.

"Housing needs are increasingly diverse, and BNI has partnerships with many developers so that it can provide the best options and solutions for the younger generation for their mortgage solutions," concluded Ronny.
