19/12/2023. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is ready to meet the community's transaction needs during the Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 periods.
The company has prepared cash funds of IDR 22.02 trillion to cover ATM/CRM of IDR 11.75 trillion and Outlets of IDR 10.27 trillion.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that the company sees that people's needs during the Christmas and New Year period are still quite high.
Furthermore, Christmas and New Year's are year-end joyful seasons that motivate consumers to make larger retail transactions.
"Of course, Christmas and New Year are the most awaited occasions for many people. "We are committed to meeting various needs, including community cash funds," he said.
Furthermore, Okki announced that in preparation for the 2023 Christmas and New Year 2024 holidays, BNI will perform limited operational services.
Pertamina Fuel DO redemption transaction service between December 25, 2023 and January 1, 2024 at 21 outlets is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Meanwhile, BNI internal transaction services and Pertamina DO redemption transactions at 195 Branch Offices (all Branch Offices) on December 26 2023 are from 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
According to him, the need to share and send money will continue to be significant, especially outside Jabodetabek.
Therefore, according to him, apart from providing cash, the company is preparing digital solutions, especially BNI Mobile Banking, both in terms of transaction capacity and human resource readiness.
"Especially for BNI Mobile Banking, we ensure that we will remain ready to facilitate customers in making transactions during Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024," Okki explained.
