BNI Remains an Informative Public Body for Three Consecutive Years

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, has once again earned the title of Most Informative Public Agency in 2025 from the Central Information Commission (KIP) of the Republic of Indonesia. This award confirms BNI's consistent adherence to the principles of transparency and accountability in public information as part of its implementation of good corporate governance.

The award was presented to BNI by the Commissioner of the Indonesian Information Commission (KIP RI), Samrotunnajah Ismail, at the Public Information Openness Award 2025 held in Jakarta on Monday, December 15, 2025. This event was combined with the launch of the results of the Public Information Openness Index (IKIP) 2025, as a national instrument to measure the implementation of information openness in Indonesia.

"This award is a form of recognition of BNI's commitment to ensuring that the public's right to public information is consistently fulfilled," said BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo in a written statement.

This achievement also confirms BNI as an Informative Public Agency for three consecutive years since 2023. The Informative Public Agency predicate is the highest qualification in the public information disclosure assessment system conducted by the KIP, which reflects the optimal level of compliance of public agencies with the obligation to provide and serve information to the public.

The designation is the result of the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of Public Information Disclosure conducted by the Indonesian Information Commission (KIP RI) from August to November 2025. The assessment was conducted comprehensively through a number of indicators, including information availability, the quality of public information services, and the commitment of public agency leaders to supporting information disclosure.

Through this predicate, BNI keeps enhancing transparent, responsible, and community-focused public information services.

"We will continue to improve the quality of public information management and services to make it more accessible, accurate, and relevant for all stakeholders," Okki emphasized.

Going forward, BNI is committed to making information transparency a foundation for strengthening public trust while supporting the creation of transparent and sustainable governance of state-owned enterprises.
